Planning Phase: We are experienced contributors in the planning process preparing landscape plans for Development approval.
Building Phase: During the building phase we offer a full range of design services including Sketch Design, Developed design, Documentation and Contract Administration.
RESIDENTIAL GARDEN PROJECTS
We offer a full design, documentation and administration service for residential garden design projects. Fees & services can be summarised as follows:

| INITIAL SITE CONSULTATION |
$ 300 - for a 1 hour site consultation within the Brisbane Metropolitan area |
Work will include:
- Site visit
- Establishment of a Brief
- Garden Consultation
| Phase 2 | Fixed Fee |
| LANDSCAPE DESIGN | $ 1,500 - $3,000 |
Schematic design including plans, elevations &
perspectives as necessary to illustrate the design
intent.
Work will include:
- Preparation of concept drawings including plans, elevations and perspectives
- Presentation of plans
- Co-ordination of work with other consultants
- Attendance at meetings
| Phase 3 | Fixed Fee |
| DOCUMENTATION | Based on approx. 7% of the construction cost. |
Preparation of detailed construction drawings sufficient for the calling of Tenders.
These drawings & documents will include the following:
- Finishes & Levels Plan
- Set out Plan
- Construction Details
- Planting Plan
- Specification
(Work will included attendance at consultants meetings & co-ordination of work with other consultants)

| CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION (If required) | Based on approx. 3% of the construction cost. |
Tendering the project, answering queries, responding to
RFI's, Inspection of the works at key stages & administration
of the works.
NOTE: Fees will vary depending on the size, nature and complexity of the project.
