Our response to the brief was to come up with a design that was urban & contemporary, in deference to the sites location being locked between two modern buildings and developments, but also a design that paid homage to the towns rural location. The realisation that just beyond the towns outskirts was a rural landscape of paddocks, fields, mountain ranges & creeks.
